  • ⅔ pound ground pork
  • Two tablespoons thinly sliced chives
  • Two tablespoons soy sauce
  • One tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • One tablespoon cornstarch
  • One tablespoon grated ginger
  • ½ cup water
  • One garlic clove
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • One packet of squared wonton wrappers

For Soup

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Two tablespoons soy sauce
  • Two pieces of peeled ginger
  • Two smashed garlic cloves
  • ¼ tablespoon sesame oil
  • Two tablespoons sliced green onions required for garnish

  • Take a large bowl and mix pork, soy sauce, vinegar, chives, ginger, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil until it fully incorporates.
