Fried Octopus with Garlic

⅘ cups of white wine

4 cloves of garlic

Olive oil

Lemon juice from 1 lemon

Boil the whole octopus with lemon juice after cleaning it for about 50 minutes.

When it has gotten to your desired texture, remove from the water, and let it cool down enough to be cut into small pieces.

Into a pot or pan, heat a generous amount of oil.

Add the octopus, chopped garlic, wine, and onion. Fry until the liquid is well soaked up.

2 green onions

1 cup zucchini strips

1 cup of mushroom(optional)

2 ½ tbsp chili paste

2 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp shredded garlic.


Sort out all the ingredients and chop the vegetables.

Wash and butcher the octopus if it is still a whole.

Prepare the sauce

Boiled Fresh Octopus

Wash the octopus thoroughly and towel dry it

Place a big pot of water over a source of heat and let it come to a boil.

Into the pot, the octopus goes to cook for roughly an hour or until its hard skin becomes soft.

Chinese Celery and Octopus

1 pound octopus

2 tomatoes

2 tbsp of fish sauce

Wash the octopus and chop the vegetables

In a heated pan saute the onion and celery to be soft but crunchy

Add the marinated octopus to the pan and combine. Stir until fairly cooked.

Create space for the tomatoes- which are usually the last ingredient- in the pan. Incorporate and let it steam for about 5 minutes.

Serve hot with a cold drink.
