The powder is made of five spices which are used in different ingredients like veggies, soups, salad, bowls, etc. The ratio of using elements are six pieces of star anise, one and one-fourth of the whole cloves, one cinnamon, two tablespoons of fennel seeds, and two tablespoons of Szechuan peppercorns. First, toast all the dried spices for two to three minutes, place all ingredients in a spice grinder until they become smooth. A nice fragrance will come.
