This is an easy peasy Asian stir-fry noodle recipe made using common pantry ingredients. No-fuss, quick and made in not more than thirty minutes, this recipe is something that you should try.

  • Spaghetti: Eight ounces
  • medium shrimp, deveined and peeled: 12 ounces
  • Diced red bell pepper: 1
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Sliced cremini mushrooms: 8 ounces
  • Grated carrot: 1
  • Diced zucchinis: two
  • Cilantro leaves: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients For Sauce

  • Soy sauce: 1/3 cup
  • Minced garlic: three cloves
  • Brown sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Sambal oelek or chili paste: One tablespoon
  • Grated ginger: 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil: 1 Tsp


  • Take a small container and whisk garlic, soy sauce, sambal oelek, brown sugar, ginger, sesame oil, and oyster sauce together. Keep it aside.
  • Now take a large bowl of salted water and cook spaghetti noodles as per package directions. Drain well.
  • Next, get a large skillet and heat olive oil on high flame. Add shrimp along with soy sauce and cook while stirring occasionally. Put it aside once the shrimps have turned pink.
  • Add the carrot, mushrooms, and zucchini as well as belle pepper. Keep stirring until tender.
  • Next put in the spaghetti, shrimp and soy sauce blend and combine everything.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.

  • Udon noodles: 7 ounces
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Diced carrots: 2
  • Cremini mushrooms: 8 ounces
  • Beef sirloin fillet: 8 ounces
  • Broccoli florets: six ounces

Sauce Ingredients- Simply Asia

  • Oyster sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1/3 cup
  • Ginger: one tablespoon
  • Brown sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves: 2
  • Black pepper: ¼ tsp
  • Red pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon


  • Whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, black pepper, sesame oil and garlic in a bowl. Set it aside.
  • Cook the udon noodles in boiling water as per instructions on the package.
  • Heat olive oil on medium flame and add beef sirloin. Keep flipping until brown and set aside once cooked.
  • Add broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Put in the noodles, soy sauce, and beef blend.
  • Serve instantly.
