Laksa Soup – Preparation

It is very easy to prepare soup. This spicy coconut noodle soup is rich, has a heady aroma, and is loaded with toppings. Sounds yummy, right? It does. There are very few ingredients that you need to prepare it. You need peanut oil, garlic cloves, Laksa paste, ginger roots, chicken broth, chicken breast, shrimps, coconut cream, lime juice, and rice noodles. You can garnish it with coriander, lime leaves, or shallots. The choice is yours. Heat oil in a pan, fry the ginger and garlic. Add the Laksa paste, and cook for 3 minutes or so.

Then, you need to add the broth. Add brown sugar, then add the chicken pieces. Simmer the pan for some time. Add the shrimp, coconut cream and heat it thoroughly. In the end, add lime juice. You should soak the rice noodles for the entire time until you arrive at this stage. Lastly, drain the noodles and top it with the curry. Your soup is ready.

You can add fried shallots as a garnish, cilantro, sambal paste, and other fancy garnishings. It totally depends on your taste buds. You should love your Laksa this way. Your Laksa should taste heavenly if you prepare it in this manner.
