Plain flour: 525g (plus extra for dusting)

Caster sugar: 1½ tbsp (plus a pinch)

Fast-action dried yeast: 1 tsp

Milk: 50ml

Sunflower oil: 1 tbsp

Boiled veggies of your choice: 1 bowl (plus extra for greasing and brushing)

Rice vinegar: 1 tbsp

Baking powder: 1 tsp

BBQ Pork: 1 bowl (sliced)

Lemon juice: ½ cup

To start with, take a large bowl and mix the flour, castor sugar, and salt. These make the initial step and then dissolve the yeast in a little amount of warm water and a pinch of sugar. Then, add it to the flour along with the milk, sunflower oil, rice vinegar, and water to combine them well. Grease some oil on top, keep it for one hour and roll out to heat in a large steamer for one hour or until it’s cooked. You can steam these in batches so that all get space to puff up.
