  • 1 cup sherry
  • 3 tablespoon chopped scallions 
  • 2-pound button mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black bean garlic sauce

Instructions 

Step: 1 Keep a large skillet over a medium flame. Next, add the sesame oil. Once hot, put the mushrooms and sauté and wait until caramelization marks form. It will take around 3 to 5 minutes. Stir continuously.
