To begin, wash a few green beans thoroughly and trim the top and bottom of the beans. This ensures a smooth feel when it is cooked.

Chop the beans diagonally into pieces approximately two inches long. This size can guarantee a crunchiness, neither too big nor too small!

Chop a few buds of garlic that equals one tablespoon, and likewise, chop a little bit of ginger that equals about two teaspoons.

Take two strands of spring onions and chop the white part and keep it aside.

Keep a small amount of chili paste, soya sauce, salt, and pepper for the final garnishing.

How to make Chinese green beans?

The first step is to heat one tablespoon of white oil in a frying pan. Let it heat for about a minute.

Add the pieces of green beans until they start drying up or wrinkle. Stir-fry the beans for about six to seven minutes until the pieces of beans start turning brown.
