Larb Gai

A plate of food on a table

A famous and tasty dish of Thailand known as Larb Gai (Thai chicken salad) is a dish made with ground meat, chiles, mint, and basil. The recipe works by taking a large skillet, toast the chicken over, giving a normal heat for about 8-10 minutes until its color changes into pink. Now break into crumbles and drain them. Now heat oil at the same temperature and start cooking it by adding shallots and chiles for 3-4 minutes.

Cook and Stir the cooked chicken, adding some fresh lime juice, fish sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and Sriracha. Do it until it gets heated through and turns off the gas. Add some cilantro and mint to it. Serve with rice and, if desired, with lettuce cups as an appetizer to make it perfect.

Rosewater Rice Pudding

It is a traditional dish of Turkey. A touch of both, including the Pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios, add a natural yet beautiful look to this flowery Lebanese thing.

Start making the dish using a heavy saucepan, combining some amount of water and rice. Now start boiling it over medium heat. Take the temperature to a lower degree, and for about 15 minutes, cover and boil it until the water does not get absorbed. Now add a little cream and sugar to it and boil them. Lower the heat, uncovering it, until it gets a little thickened. Do this for about 30-40 minutes. Mix this in rose water. Freeze it until it gets chilled for at least 2 hours. Swirl in some extra cream to it to attain the desired thickness. If desired, top it up with pomegranate seeds and pistachios. Your dish is ready to serve.
