Tofu 

Soy sauce

Hoisin sauce

Minced ginger 

Procedure 

Place the tofu on tissue paper and press it between the two plates. Chop tofu into long straight straps. Place the tofu slices inside a sealed bag and add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and Chilli sauce. Remove excess air, seal the bag, and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Bake the marinated tofu in the oven preheated to 190° C for 15 minutes.

Ingredients-

Carrots

Procedure

Chop cucumber, carrot, and spinach into a matchstick-like shape. Blend cucumber pieces with gochujang in a bowl. Take a non-stick pan. To it, add 500 ml water and spinach. Cook it for 4-5 minutes, drain excess water, and add spinach to a bowl container of soy sauce. Take some olive oil in the non-stick pan and swirl the carrots until they soften. Add garlic, cucumber with gochujang paste, and sprinkle some red pepper flakes in the pan at medium flame. Mix all the ingredients and keep them aside. Cook brown beef over medium flame and fry the eggs in olive oil separately for 5 minutes. Now, place the cooked white rice into a serving bowl. Add spinach-gochujang paste, cucumber paste, and cooked beef. After that, add one fried egg on the top with some sesame oil. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
